A new Gallup survey found that parents and kids are aligned when it comes to valuing play and wanting more of it — but preferences aren’t matching up with reality. Parents reported that children are spending significantly more time in front of screens than they are at play, inside or outside.
As a parent, there’s a lot you can do to encourage and support healthier play at your child’s school – and make sure it’s a big part of their experience on the weekends, too.
